Laundrease Technologies Private Limited ("Laundrease", "we", "us", "our") is committed to protecting your personal information. We collect information you provide directly and information generated through your use of our platform.

Name, email address, phone number, delivery addresses, payment information (stored securely via our payment processors), and any special instructions you provide with orders.
2.2 Information We Collect Automatically
Device information (device type, OS, browser), IP address, location data (only when you use the app and grant permission), usage data (pages visited, features used, order history), and cookies and similar tracking technologies.
2.3 Information from Third Parties
If you log in using Google or Facebook, we receive your name, email address, and profile picture from those services, subject to your privacy settings on those platforms.
3. How We Use Your Information
We use your information to: provide and improve our services, process and track orders, send order updates and notifications, process payments, respond to support requests, prevent fraud and ensure platform security, and send promotional communications (with your consent).
5. Data Security
We implement industry-standard security measures including AES-256 encryption at rest, TLS 1.3 for data in transit, regular security audits, access controls limiting employee access to personal data, and intrusion detection systems. However, no system is completely secure and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
6. Data Retention
We retain your personal data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services. Order history is retained for 3 years for accounting and legal compliance. When you delete your account, we delete or anonymize your personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.
7. Your Rights
Under applicable Indian data protection law, you have the right to: access the personal data we hold about you, correct inaccurate data, request deletion of your data (right to be forgotten), object to certain processing, data portability, and withdraw consent at any time. 9. Children's Privacy
Our services are not directed to individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors. If we become aware that we have inadvertently collected such information, we will delete it promptly.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by email or in-app notification. The date at the top of this page indicates when the policy was last updated. Your continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised policy.
